The class name says it ALL – Abs & A$$ – and while it might not be appropriate, hopefully you get a little chuckle.
We’ll emphasize the core and lower body utilizing low impact movements. Different modalities used such as dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, TRX suspension trainers, RIP Trainers, Booty Sprout, Barbells. No experience required.

Barre – less Core Class
Barre-less Core Class is a low- impact aerobic-style class based on basic American Ballet movements and positions. We will work the legs, booty, abs and arms for 35 minutes followed by a 10 minute stretch session. While you may learn a few new things about ballet form, this class is less focused on dance technique and more about a challenging and unique way to work your core muscles. This class will use bands and our body weight (but don’t worry… you will definitely feel the burn!) No prior dance, ballet or fitness experience necessary!
