TRX Fit – This is a high-intensity workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, two endurance blocks, which end with a Cardio Challenge and are each repeated, and a cool down that consists of exercises from our FLOW programming. GOAL: Not to work to failure, but maintain a heavy load and increased heart rate.

TRX Strong – This TRX Based class is designed to make you STRONG! This class will help push you to new levels of strength by incorporating TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. Get strong and toned in this class.

REFLEKSIV TRX Yoga – Leverage your body against gravity to build true resilience and fully explore movement without fear or hesitation. We use the TRX Suspension Trainer to create movements that will crank up your internal temperature and elevate your heart rate as you simultaneously increase body awareness, build strength, functional mobility and improve core stability. Equipment Required: TRX Suspension Trainer provided by Beyond Fitness

TR-Xpress – TR-Xpress is designed to be a High Intensity Interval Training which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Yoga

Yoga Flow – This is a great class for all levels. Class will open with deep breathing practices, meditation and close with a restorative meditation. It is taught in a Vinyasa style incorporating slow moving stretches, sun salutations and balance poses all connected to the breath.

BUTI Yoga – Music guides Buti® classes like an internal GPS. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting movement. Buti® Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Buti® favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion – THE RESULT – lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.

Reduce risk of injury, enhance weight loss, improve total fitness, and enhance exercise adherence with this class. Develop muscular fitness as well as aerobic conditioning by incorporating weight lifting and cardio. Equipment utilize TRX Suspension training, TRX RIP trainer, dumbbells, barbells, booty sprout, bands, wall balls, bosu and more!

Bootcamp

The bootcamp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettlebells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two bootcamp sessions are the same. This conditioning class is a full body training session that will leave the sweat dripping and endorphins flowing.

Dance Fitness

Abs & A$$
The class name says it ALL – Abs & A$$ – and while it might not be appropriate, hopefully you get a little chuckle.

We’ll emphasize the core and lower body utilizing low impact movements. Different modalities used such as dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, TRX suspension trainers, RIP Trainers, Booty Sprout, Barbells. No experience required.

Barre – less Core Class
Barre-less Core Class is a low- impact aerobic-style class based on basic American Ballet movements and positions. We will work the legs, booty, abs and arms for 35 minutes followed by a 10 minute stretch session. While you may learn a few new things about ballet form, this class is less focused on dance technique and more about a challenging and unique way to work your core muscles. This class will use bands and our body weight (but don’t worry… you will definitely feel the burn!) No prior dance, ballet or fitness experience necessary!

The Turn Up
The Turn Up #keetonitreal Edition – is a HIIT inspired dance fitness workout where you will burn fat, build muscle, boost metabolism and continue to scorch calories for hours after the class! We do dance. We do fitness. We don’t set limits. For the other 23 hours of the day you take care of the world; this HAPPY HOUR is yours to let loose, embrace the moment and turn ALL THE WAY UP!
